Where are all the houses for sale?!

HOUSE HUNTING SUCKS and seeing all these houses in the market is fucking depressing. You have to live far (about 1-2 hours away - relatively to where Jeff and I work and live right now) to find a nice, newer house in a nice neighborhood for our price range. I hate commuting, I dislike driving so that's really not gonna work. I don’t wanna spend 3 hours of my day commuting to work. That's just silly. We already spend most of our time at work so I really wanna maximize the time during the week to be at home or do things we enjoy plus Jeff and I really love the Bergen Area. We're really not home bodies - we like to always go out or do something so we need to live in an area that's not boring but quiet at the same time I guess. I don’t know if that makes sense.

I mean I don't think I'm being picky - just cause I don't wanna live in a dump or a house that needs a lot of work. I mean let's be serious, I'm not handy at home and I don't have patience to fix shit. I'm not asking for a huge house either cause I hate cleaning. So having a big house is not a good thing for me..maybe for Jeff but I feel bad - he'll have to do EVERYTHING at home. Hahahahahahaha

It's supposed to be a buyer's market, but all the houses we've seen in Bergen is okay..just okay. Nothing that we love...which is AGAIN - DEPRESSING. And for some reason some of these sellers are retarded...you'd think that they would at least clean or fix the house nicely or use a better camera since they are SELLING their house but nope...they'll post pictures that are blurry that show the house really messy or dirty. Come on that's not gonna attract any buyers! Gimme a break! Your realtor sucks if they don’t give you advice on how to SELL.

We're really hoping that this Spring/Summer more houses will pop up on the market so we'll have better luck. Our realtor, Sheldon, has been GREAT. He's been there helping us since September and he gets back to you ASAP and any questions he will get the answers for you ASAP when he doesn’t have it. That's the one thing Jeff and I are happy about - we have a realtor who is dependable.
