BLoGGyStyLe: Ninong's "Surprise" 50th Birthday Party

My sister and I helped plan/organize my uncle's "surprise" party this past Sunday, 02.15.09 @ Maggiano's in Bridgewater. Ninong definitely deserved a party. He works all the time, 24/7 - either running his clinic or doing rounds or working 24 hour shifts at the hospital. He's my mom's younger brother; they are 10 year apart. My Ninong and Tita Alma (Nicole and Kevin's paretns) are one of the nicest, kindest and generous couples out there. They are definitely like parents to me and Jeff. They treat as like their own kids and always welcome us with open arms. I lived with them in Old Bridge for 4 years while I was attending Rutgers. They never asked for anything and treated me like a daughter. Jeff and I will always be thankful for everything they've done for us.

As much as everyone in our family tried to keep the party a secret, some of his friends/co-workers didn't do a great job. Some even left messages on their home answering machine about the party! I mean come on! The phone #'s on the RSVP did not include their home #! Anyway, we knew he had an idea hahahah The party turned out great, fun and the food was good. It was great to see family/friends we haven't seen in a while. Jeff's montage was a hit again. hahaha my aunt and uncle definitely were looking forward to his montage dedicated to my uncle. It turned out amazing as always ;) So here are some pics from the party. I didn't get alot of footage because I was too busy mingling and eating hahaha Jeff worked as Steve's partner, so both of them got great footage, but all on Steve's 2 cameras. Hopefully I can post them later :)
