So alot of people have been posting the 25 Random Things about themselves. I figured it'd be better if I post 30 Random Things about me :) here rather than Facebook. Facebookers are probably getting sick of it already.
So here it goes....
1) I can burp at will.
2) I'm double jointed, so I can bend my left thumb far backwards - almost touching the top of my hand - it freaks everyone out!
3) I don't know how to ride a bicycle (and I am not a very good swimmer - but I love the water so I "try" to swim). I fell off a bike when I was younger; I landed on rocks and fucked my face up, so that pretty much ended my desire to learn.
4) I have a really bad case of Pill Gag Reflex. I hate taking any type of medicine/vitamins orally. This is a phobia I've had since I was younger and which I inherited from my mother - she used to either hide pills in my food or crush it so I would drink it.
5) I can hear better with my right ear than my left ear. My left ear canal is smaller than my right one - courtesy of my sister (long story).
6) I broke my sister's leg when I was 13 by pulling her down the stairs. This has been one of my biggest regrets - if I could take it back I would.
7) I think I'm narcoleptic - a trait I inherited from my dad hahaha I can fall asleep anywhere, anytime in any position. Sleep is one of my indulgences.
8) I was thrown off an ATV while on vacation which traumatized me for life! Now every time (almost every time) I drive I have visions of my car flipping over or getting rammed by a huge truck - it's a scary thought.
9) I don't know how to drive stick shift and I refuse to learn. I mean seriously what is the point?!
10) I cannot parallel park for shit.
11) As the years go by, I hate driving more and more. If I had lots of $$ I'd hire a driver...oh never mind...I do have a driver..my husband Jeff hahhaha
12) Every type shoes hurt my feet somehow - sneakers, flats, flip flops, stilettos, wedges, uggs, boots, peep toe, open toed etc., so I've given up on the hunt for comfortable shoes cause I really don't think they exist!
13) I have double B's = Baby Bladder. I pee all the time especially when I drink water and coffee.
14) My pet peeve is when I smell like food. It's the worst, when your hair smells like food!!!!!!!!! I even try to avoid Dunkin' Donuts or Starbucks (when I can) cause even the smell of coffee on me disgusts me.
15) I get bored of my hair easily so I change it as much as I can - I love dyeing my hair. Jeff and I always have this running joke that he's had a different girl every year the past 11 years we've been together because of my hair.
16) I didn't start wearing earrings until I was 22 - only reason I got my ears re-pierced because of my sister's wedding.
17) I've lost 10 lbs in the past 3 weeks and I plan on losing more and keeping it off this time around!!! I want to get back to my HS weight when Jeff and I first started dating.
18) I've never broken any bone in my body *knock on wood*
19) I love love love gossip blogs. I read gossip blogs all the time - Jeff has banned me from using his laptop cause it slowed down his computer with all the junk from these websites.
20) I get very obsessed about fashion trends. One time I was so obsessed with sweater wraps that I bought like 10 different ones, then another time I was obsessed with big earrings so I bought like a million pairs! Now my current obsession is buffalo check so I bought alot of buffalo check shirts and dresses hahahah...I don't have anymore room in my closet.
21) I've never received any moving violation ticket *knock on wood*.
22) Because of my round face, high cheekbones and the lack of a bridge on my nose, it's very hard for me to find sunglasses and glasses. I only own 1 pair of each.
23) I was a hall monitor when I was in grade school and a peer counselor in middle school. Most of the kids that had to be counseled were my friends! My friends were bad.....I was the only good one ;)
24) I got into a physical fight my sophomore year in HS with a fat bitch - twice my size and 2 years older than me. I didn't even know the crazy bitch and never spoken to her once - oh and here's the kicker her nickname is "chicky" hahahhah (okay so for those who dont' know my nickname is "Chiqui"). Instead of being suspended, we both had to go to peer counseling....how ironic.
26) I almost drowned in friend's pool when I was in 7th grade. My 2 friends were trying to teach me how to swim, but they let go of me in the deep end and I just freaked out. I was throwing up like crazy and felt like someone bashed my skull in!
27) I've NEVER been to the Happiest Place On Earth - DISNEYWORLD.
28) I'M SO LOUD THAT YOU CAN HEAR ME FROM DOWN THE STREET....it runs in my family.
29) I overplay songs just like Z100....that my name is DJ TWO-A-DAY.
30) I'm tone deaf and I butcher all the lyrics to every song...Jeff's nickname for me is "THE BUTCHER".
